Support the provision of primary health care services to vulnerable groups and displaced people in newly accessible areas of Aleppo countryside

Project Description

The project attempts to reach the neediest people in hard-to-reach areas, internally displaced people and host communities in the Aleppo countryside.

The project is summarized in the establishment of mobile clinics and medical teams to provide primary medical care services in the countryside of Aleppo. These clinics provide medical consultations, medicines, nursing services and laboratory analyzes, and are equipped with the necessary medical equipment, such as: electrocardiogram machine, portable x-ray machine, echo graph, medicines, and laboratory supplies and materials.

The medical consultations for patients include three specialties: a gynecology clinic, an inpatient clinic, and a pediatric clinic, in addition to a psychological support team providing individual and group counseling sessions and awareness sessions.

The project covers / 10 / sites in the countryside of Aleppo (Tal al-Sous, Umm al-Amad, Rasm al-Harmel, Hadla Palace, al-Wadhi, Tal al-Daman, al-Hader, al-Haram al-Janoubi, Hamima Sagheer, Banan, and al-Hus).

Project Objective

The project aims to provide primary health care services such as: medical consultations, x-rays, analysis, radiography and electrocardiograms ... to vulnerable social groups in the countryside of Aleppo, and due to the lack of such services in the countryside and the urgent need for rural residents to obtain health care.
